A short, humorous and physically engaging ice-breaker activity.

Jump is usually played three rounds, and each round a bit different. In the first round, delegates must repeat after the facilitator and jump according to the instructions provided. The second round is slightly more difficult, which results into little disorientation, bewilderment and amazement. This because speech goes opposite body movement. In the final round, it gets amusing and delegates usually burst out laughing.

  • Ice-breaker, physical movement typically in the start of a conference, presentation, work-shop or team building event.
