Learn the secrets and techniques of Thai cookery from an expert and transform from being a kitchen cook to an expert chef.

 

Teams learn the secrets of Thai cooking from expert Cooks and Chefs and are shown how to make world famous Thai cuisine at an authentic restaurant location.

 

Participants are shown how prepare the ingredients, make paste and sauces, cook to perfection and then plate each dish. Each team needs to work together to memorize the techniques so they can recreate the dish, plate it and present it for judging by the experts.

 

Teams are judged on taste, presentation, technique and health and hygiene This half day cooks and chefs team building in Bangkok event consists of five dishes which can be combined with a corporate lunch or dinner.

    The objective of cooks and chefs team building event is to learn how to make delicious Thai cuisine, to combine as a team and use skills associated with team work to allocate roles, execute tasks and cook the dishes within a time limit whilst having an enjoyable time at a fabulous location.

    This half day team building  event is suitable for small to  mid sized groups of up to 50 participants with up to 5 dishes to cook over 3 to 4 hours. This event can be adjusted to shorter or longer durations and is great to combine with a corporate lunch or company dinner.
