School renovation project at Mitrapap 70 school

Our upcoming projects are a mix between activities and sponsoring. Sponsoring means the client is paying for renovations or important assets that the school badly needs, while activities are renovation projects or simple building projects that school children and the delegates can do together on the day of the event. Activities are usually simple and don't need extensive know-how, while sponsoring is something more complicated that we give to experts to do.

1. Wall painting (activity).
2. Touching up the tables and chairs (activity).
3. Roof is leaking. Fixing the roof (sponsoring).
4. Doors for the nursery  (sponsoring).
5. Air-conditioners for the nursery (sponsoring).
6. Football goals (activity)
7. Football pitch, artificial turf (sponsoring).
8. Football pitch, nets (activity)
9. Running field, laying the concrete (partly sponsored, partly activity)
10. Computers for computer room (sponsored).
11. Play ground for the children (partly sponsored, partly activity).

The objective is to live up to our CSR responsibilities and to provide a better future for the children at Mitrapap 70 school.

The duration is one to three-days.  For overnight programs, delegates will stay at Lumpawa Amphawa Resort.

The target audience is international MICE clientele and corporate groups that are committed to CSR.

This CSR project is available year-round, in Amphawa, 90 KM south of Bangkok. The school is closed during official school holidays, and on Thai public holidays and no events will take place during that time. No projects take place on week-ends. The best day of the week is a Friday.

This is a highly customized project.

21st August 2018

Our first project, was on 21st August 2018 with Zung Fu China. Forty-eight Chinese meeting delegates joined Beunite on a school renovation project. The first activity was to brainstorm children's games in teams and after the presentation, the winning team was entitled to draw their idea with paint on the school yard. This was followed by planting 1240 plants allowing each team to design their own flower garden. After lunch, the participants painted the school rooms in their unique color. Before departure back to Bangkok, all children and the adults played the game that was designed in the morning on the school yard.
